- Code: 030004
- Description: EMERGENCY STOP ERROR CAUSED BY COVER OPENING
- Causes: Occurs if the rear cover is opened during motor driving. (Although the fatal error occurrence history is recorded to the main unit, the main unit display indicates a paper jam error)
• Rear cover opened during motor driving
• Rear cover open sensor failure - Remedy: 1 Turn the power off and then back on. Did the corresponding error occur after the power was turned off and then back on? Does an open error occur while the rear cover is in the closed state?
Y. Replace the rear cover open sensor

- Code: 031001, 031003
- Description: • X-Hot detect error (pre printing) (error code: 031001)
• X-Hot detect error (after flushing) (error code: 031003) - Causes: Occurs if the head temperature exceeds a set temperature.
• Head FFC inserted slanted
• Print head failure - Remedy: 1 Check the head FFC connection state Check that the head FFC is not inserted slanted.
Y. Replace the print head
N. Reassemble
- Code: 031003
- Description: TRANSISTOR TEMPERATURE ERROR
- Causes: Occurs if an FET of the main board or head drive circuit exceeds a set temperature.
• Main board failure
• Print head failure - Remedy: 1 Did the corresponding error occur after the power was turned off and then back on? Turn the power off and then leave the product for a while. Did the error occur when the power was turned back on?
Y. Replace the following parts in sequence • Print Head • Main Board (If the trouble is not resolved, contact service support.)

- Code: 031004, 031005
- Description: • Head temperature error (error code: 031004)
• X-Hot detect error (at ink replacementtiming) (error code: 031005) - Causes: Occurs if the head temperature exceeds a set temperature.
• Head FFC inserted slanted
• Print head failure - Remedy: 1 Check the head FFC connection state Check that the head FFC is not inserted slanted.
Y. Replace the print head
N. Reassemble
- Code: 031011
- Description: HCS error
- Causes: Occurs if communication is not possible between the print head and main unit.
• Print head failure
• Head FFC damaged
• Main board failure - Remedy: 1 Check the head FFC state Check the head FFC state to make sure that the FFC is not damaged. (Head FFC connection part has come off, FFC disconnected, etc.)
Y. Replace the following parts in sequence • Print Head • Main Board (If the trouble is not resolved, also replace the head FFC. If the trouble is still not resolved, contact service support.)
N. Replace the head FFC.
- Code: 032001
- Description: Over-adding connection error
- Causes: State in which more than four additional cassettes connected
• More than the maximum number of additional cassettes connected - Remedy: Install within the specified number of additional cassettes.
