- Code: 032002
- Description: Unsupported additional cassette connection error
- Causes: Occurs when an unsupported additional cassette is connected.
• Unsupported additional cassette connected - Remedy: Use supported additional cassettes.
- Code: 032051, 032052
- Description: • Additional setting state error 1 (Error code: 032051)
• Additional setting state error 2 (Error code: 032052) - Causes: Occurs when the condition that the connection terminal seems to be defective connection is detected at the main unit and additional cassette connection section.
• Additional cassette installation failure
• Foreign object (in connection part)
• Additional cassette connection part failure
• Additional cassette main board failure - Remedy: 1 Check the Additional Cassette installation state Check that the Additional Cassette is properly installed.
Y. Go to step 2
N. Reassemble the Additional cassette
2 Check the foreign material in connection part Check that there is no foreign object trapped in the contact point between the main unit and the extension cassette
Y. Go to step 3
N. Remove the foreign object from connection part.
3 Check the operation after reinstalling the Connection part of additional cassette Replace the connection part of additional cassette with normal product and check operation. Did the error occur?
Y. Replace the additional cassette main board.

- Code: 032101
- Description: ADDITIONAL CASSETTE RECOVERY MODE ERROR
- Causes: Occurs when the recovery mode is entered due to a failure of the firmware update of the additional cassette.
• Additional cassette firmware update is failure - Remedy: 1 Re-update the firmware. Re-update the firmware in the error occurring state. Did the error occur after updating the firmware?
Y. Replace the additional cassette main board. (Update the firmware after replacing the additional cassette main board)

- Code: 032151 ... 032162
- Description: Addition communication error
- Causes: • Communication data abnormality due to noise etc.
• Occurs when changing the number of stages of additional cassettes while the power is on.
• Additional cassette connection part failure.
• Additional cassette main board failure.
• Main board failure. - Remedy: 1 Did the corresponding error occur after the power was turned off and then back on? Turn the power off and then leave the product for a while. Did the error occur when the power was turned back on?

- Description: CRCM FUSE BLOWN ERROR
- Causes: CRCM fuse is blown
• CRCM FFC inserted slanted
• CRCM FFC failure
• Main board failure - Remedy: 1 Check the CRCM FFC connection state. Check that the PE sensor cable is properly connected.

N. Reassemble
2 Check the CRCM FFC state Check the CRCM FFC state to make sure that the FFC is not damaged. (CRCM FFC connection part has come off, FFC disconnected, etc.)

- Code: 033002
- Description: ASIC ACCESS ERROR
- Causes: Occurs if the CS rank setting value is not supported.
• PCD setting data is not set correctly or is damaged. - Remedy: Contact service support. (Rewriting of PCD data is required.)
