Description: There is a problem in reading the Linear Encoder.

Remedy: Confirm whether Encoder Scale is between the slit of Encoder Module in a whole width of the printer. Code: 0112
Description: It is not possible to communicate with the Cartridge IC driver.
Causes: Cartridge IC driver has a problem (not working). The communication wire of Cartridge IC driver cable has short circuited or cut-line.
Remedy: Ink Cartridge IC sensor replacement
Code: 0148
Description: There is a problem with the Thermistor on the Cyan Head.
Causes: There is a bad connection between Cyan Head and Print Carriage Board (CN18). There is a bad connection between Print Carriage Board (CN2) and Head Board (CN1). Cyan Head is broken.
Remedy: Check cable connection between Head and Print Carriage Board (CN18). Check cable connection between Print Carriage Board (CN2) and Head Board (CN1). Cyan Head replacement.
Code: 0151
Description: Head UP/DOWN sensor is OFF although it should be ON. Or, vice versa.
Causes: Head UP/DOWN Motor is broken. Head UP/DOWN sensor is broken. Wiring or Flexible Cable has short circuited or cut-line. Servo Board is broken.

Description: The UV Lamp is not connected / tuned on. It is not possible to communicate with the Maintenance/Front Cover Cable.
Causes: There is a bad connection between UV Lamp and Print Carriage Board. There is a bad connection between UV Junction Board and DC Junction Board. There is a bad connection between DC Junction Board and SW Power Supply. There is a bad connection between SW Power Supply and AC Junction Board. There is a bad connection between UV Junction Board and AC Junction Board. There is a bad connection between UV Junction Board and UV Relay Board. There is a bad connection between Step Drive Board and Motsens Junction Board. There is a bad connection between Motsens Junction Board and Grit Encoder Board. There is a bad connection between Motsens Junction Board and Main Board. There is a bad connection between I/S Cover and Motsens Junction Board. There is a bad connection between Front Cover / Maintenance Cover and Grit Encoder Board. Main Board is broken. The UV Lamp is broken.
Remedy: Check the lighting of [DC OK] LED on the UV device while the IS Cover Sensor, Front Cover Sensor and Maintenance Cover Sensor is turned on. If it does not light, the UV device itself could be broken. Check cable connection between UV Lamp and Print Carriage Board. Check cable connection between UV Junction Board and DC Junction Board. Check cable connection between DC Junction Board and SW Power Supply. Check cable connection between SW Power Supply and AC Junction Board. Check cable connection between UV Junction Board and AC Junction Board. Check cable connection between UV Junction Board and UV Relay Board. Check cable connection between Step Drive Board and Motsens Junction Board. Check cable connection between Motsens Junction Board and Grit Encoder Board.
