Causes: Limit Position Initialize has not been done. Limit Position Initialize is ended before it is completed.
Remedy: Complete Limit Position Initialize correctly.
Code: 0102
Description: Limit Sensor is ON when it should be OFF, or vice versa.
Causes: Limitr does not work correctly or is broken.
Remedy: Limit Sensor replacement Check the mechanical backlash or looseness/fixity with the scan axis related parts.
Code: 0104
Description: Capping unit does not work correctly.
Causes: Capping Motor does not work correctly or is broken. Capping Unit does not work correctly or is broken. Capping Sensor does not work correctly or is broken. Wiring or Flexible Cable has short circuited or cut-line.
Remedy: Capping Motor replacement Capping unit replacement Capping Sensor replacement Flexible Cable replacement
Code: 0107
Description: Linear Encoder Setup has not been done.
Causes: Linear Encoder Setup has not been done. Linear Encoder Setup is ended before it is completed.
Remedy: Carry out Linear Encoder Setup in service menu
Code: 0108
Description: Wiper UP/DOWN sensor is OFF although it should be ON. Or, vice versa.
Causes: Wiper UP/DOWN Motor is broken. Wiper Unit is broken. Wiper UP/DOWN Sensor is broken. Wiring or Flexible Cable has short circuited or cut-line.
Remedy: Wiper UP/DOWN Motor replacement Wiper Unit replacement Wiper UP/DOWN Sensor replacement Flexible Cable replacement
