  • Code: SC645-01 ... SC645-04
  • Description: SC645- 01 C ID chip connection error (K)
    SC645- 02 C ID chip connection error (M)
    SC645- 03 C ID chip connection error (C)
    SC645- 04 C ID chip connection error (Y)
An error is notified during EEPROM communication and the machine does not recover after two retries.
  • Causes: ID chip connection failure
  • Remedy: Check if the SC occurs by turning the power OFF then ON. If the SC occurs again, do the following steps. Check if the SC reoccurs by cycling the power after each step.
    1. Check if there is any dirt or abnormality on the ID chip connector. Clean the connector if it is dirty or replace the ID chip for any abnormalities.
    2. Replace the ID chip board (PCB6).
    3. Replace the AIO.
    4. Replace the harness between the EGB (PCB1) and ID chip board (PCB6).
    5. Replace the EGB (PCB1).
  • Code: SC667-01
  • Description: Master device mode setting error When the machine starts or returns from the energy saver mode, a CPU mode setting error is detected.
  • Causes: Defective EGB (PCB1)
  • Remedy: Check if the SC occurs by turning the power OFF then ON. If the SC occurs again, do the following steps. Check if the SC reoccurs by cycling the power after each step.
    1. Replace the EGB (PCB1).
  • Code: SC669
  • Description: EEPROM communication error
An error is notified during EEPROM communication and the machine does not recover.
  • Causes: • Electromagnetic noise
    • EEPROM not connected fully
    • EEPROM error
    • Defective EGB (PCB1)
  • Remedy: Check if the SC occurs by turning the power OFF then ON. If the SC occurs again, do the following steps. Check if the SC reoccurs by cycling the power after each step.
    1. Re-install the EEPROM on the EGB (PCB1).
    2. Replace the EEPROM on the EGB (PCB1).
    3. Replace the EGB (PCB1).
  • Code: SC681
  • Description: An error is notified during the ID identification after three retries.
  • Causes: • Malfunction
    • Noise
    • ID chip contact failure
  • Code: SC990-00
  • Description: Software performance error
The software attempted to run an unexpected operation.
  • Causes: • Incorrect argument
    • Incorrect internal parameter
    • Insufficient working memory
    • Abnormal performance caused by an error that cannot be detected in normal
SC detection due to hardware specifications.
  • Remedy: Check if the SC occurs by turning the power OFF then ON. If the SC occurs again, do the following steps. Check if the SC reoccurs by cycling the power after each step.
    • Reinstall the firmware of the controller board (PCB2).
    • Reinstall the firmware of the EGB (PCB1).
