Description: CIS gain adjustment failure (bizhub 368e/308e: When DF-704 is installed, bizhub 658e/558e/458e). It is detected that the CIS clamp gain adjustment value is faulty.
Remedy: 1. Correct the harness connection between CIS and DSIPB if faulty. 2. Correct the harness connection between DSIPB CN01-MFPB CN22 if faulty. (bizhub 368e/308e) 3. Correct the harness connection between DSIPB CN1-MFPB CN24 if faulty. (bizhub 658e/558e/458e) 4. Check for possible extraneous light and correct as necessary. 5. Wipe clean the back side scanning glass surface and shading sheet. 6. Replace CIS. (bizhub 368e/308e / bizhub 658e/558e/458e) 7. Replace DSIPB. (bizhub 368e/308e / bizhub 658e/558e/458e) 8. Replace MFPB. (bizhub 368e/308e / bizhub 658e/558e/458e)
