Causes: The direction of the electric current flowing in the CR Motor repeats reversing in the set frequency. • Motor driver failure • Encoder sensor failure • Motor failure
Remedy: • Check if there are any foreign objects (such as a clip) that may cause a short circuit around the motor driver on the Main Board. • Check if the CR encoder sensor is broken. • Remove the foreign objects on the board if any. • Error reoccurs • Replace the Main Board with a new one. • Replace the CR Unit with a new one. • Replace the CR Motor with a new one.
Code: 113A
Description: CR Motor overload error
Causes: The electric current flowing when driving the CR Motor is irregularly large. • FFC of the sensor was failure • CR Motor cable is damaged. • Irregular load • Encoder sensor failure • Motor failure
Remedy: 1. Check if the CR Unit is installed correctly. 2. Check if there are any foreign objects on the drive section of the CR Unit. 3. Check the connection between the CR encoder sensor and Main Board (CN100). 4. Check the connection between the CR Motor and Main Board (CN200). 5. Carry out “Motor Measurement Adjustment” to check if the CR Motor functions normally. 1. Reinstall the CR Unit. 2. Replace the CR Unit with a new one. 3. Replace the CR Motor with a new one.
Code: 113B
Description: CR Motor over speed error
Causes: Detects that it is being driven at an irregularly faster speed than the specified value just before stopping. • Irregular load • Sensor failure • Motor driver failure
Remedy: 1. Replace the CR Unit with a new one. 2. Replace the Main Board with a new one.
Code: 113C
Description: CR Motor reversing error
Causes: Detects accumulatively more than the specified number of times that it is being driven in the opposite direction to the specified driving direction. • The polarity of sensor FFC is opposite. • The polarity of CR Motor cable is opposite. • Slipping of the teeth of CR Timing Belt. • CR encoder sensor failure
Remedy: 1. Check the connection between the CR encoder sensor and Main Board (CN100). 2. Check the connection between the CR Motor and Main Board (CN200). 3. Check if the tension of the CR Timing Belt is proper. 1. Adjust the tension of the CR Timing Belt. 2. Replace the CR Unit with a new one.
Code: 113D
Description: CR Motor driving timeout error
Causes: Detects that the driving period is irregularly long. • Irregular load • The firmware has a defect.
Remedy: Replace the Main Board with a new one.
Code: 113E
Description: CR Motor velocity deviation error
Causes: Detects accumulatively more than the specified number of times that it is being driven in the opposite direction to the specified driving direction. • Irregular load • CR encoder sensor failure • CR Motor failure • CR Motor driver failure
Remedy: 1. Carry out “Motor Measurement Adjustment” to check if the CR Motor functions normally. 1. Replace the CR Unit with a new one. 2. Replace the CR Motor with a new one. 3. Replace the Main Board with a new one.
