Description: Firmware update error
Causes: • The firmware update file is broken. • The firmware update file is falsified.
Remedy: • Re-install the Printer Driver. • Re-install the Service Program.
Code: 1003
Description: CUT Speed lowered error
Causes: The speed of the Cutter Unit drops lower than the threshold value. • Foreign objects exist in the path. • Deformation of the Cutter Unit. • Motor failure
Remedy: • Check if there is some foreign material on the roll. • Check if the Cutter Unit is not distorted. • Take away the foreign objects on the roll. • Error reoccurs • Replace the Cutter Unit with a new one.

Description: 5V controller FAN lock error
Causes: Cooling Fan (+5V) is not rotating.
Remedy: 1. Check the connection between the Cooling Fan (+5V) and Main Board (CN26). 2. Check if the Cooling Fan (+5V) is not distorted. 1. Connect the Cooling Fan (+5V) again. 2. Replace the Cooling Fan (+5V) with a new one.
