Causes: 1. Check the part around R2 and Q6 of LIU PBA. 2. Check connection of R43 of LIU PBA.
Remedy: 1. Replace LIU PBA. 2. Replace LIU PBA.
Code: 15
Description: Ink Low continues to be displayed or warning voice sounds though ink has been replaced.
Causes: - Check if you reset Ink Low Counter when you replaced ink.
Remedy: - Reset Ink Low Counter by pressing Oink replacementO button for more than 3 seconds when you replace ink using the button. - Reset Ink Low Counter by pressing new cartridge replacement button when you replace ink using PC.
Code: 16
Description: Printed color is extremely different from the color on the screen of PC.
Causes: - Check by self diagnostic printing if specific color ink is used up.
Remedy: - Replace color ink cartridge.
Code: 17
Description: PC cannot check the status of the printer.
Causes: - Check if device driver has not been installed or incorrectly installed.
Remedy: - Add Device=C: Myjet Mjtsr.exe to Config.sys file and reboot the computer. - Optimize PC memory by running Memmaker.
Code: 18
Description: Windows goes in error and the computer gets down after a diskette is installed.
Causes: - Check virtual memory of control panel in the basic program group.
Remedy: - Press the 386 expansion icon of control panel to change virtual memory from temporary to permanent.
