SYMPTOM:
All LEDs light and stay ON, or all LEDs (except POWER LED) never turn ON.
DIAGNOSIS:
Main Logic Board or EPROM faulty or loose interconnecting cables.
ACTION:
Insure cables are properly connected and EPROMs are properly installed or replace the Main Logic Board.
