Roland AJ1000

Hi,
I have a Roland AJ1000 that has being sitting for a while and we performed a maintenance to get it running and got 2 errors: internal error 0000013 and internal error 0780212 that we can't find anywhere.
Is there anyway you can help?

Internal error

1. Restart the machine
   This message is displayed when an unexpected error occurs. In the most case, the error can be fixed by restarting the machine. If the error still occurs in spite of restarting the machine, it sometimes could be solved by carrying out the limit initialization or changing some setting.
2. Upgrade the firmware for the latest version.
   Check the firmware version and upgrade if it has been solved by the latest version.
