Troubleshooting. Image Quality. IQ6 Black or Dark Image RAP

The printed image is totally dark or black.

 

Step	Procedure	Yes	No
1	• Switch off the power. • Clean the contacts on the inside of the machine and on the Toner Cartridge and Imaging Unit. • Switch on the power and make a test print. The problem continues.	2	Go to Call Closeout.
2	The Charge Roller is likely defective. Replace the Imaging Unit. (PL-XX) The image is black.	3	Go to Call Closeout.
3	Replace the High Voltage Power Supply REP 1.16.
