Detection Timing

• The laser output exceeds the upper limit value.
• The laser output remains lower than the lower limit value.
• The Start Scan signal (-S_SCAN) is not detected at all within a predetermined period of time after the laser has been turned ON.
• The Start Scan signal (-S_SCAN) is turned OFF.

• PH Unit
• Flat cable
• Controller/Mechanical Control Board (PWB-P)

Troubleshooting Procedures
