Service Mode. 1. How to Enter
In service (tech) mode, the technician can check the machine and perform various test to isolate the cause of a malfunction.
Entering Tech mode
For M2070F / M2070FW
- Press “Menu > # > 1 > 9 > 3 > 4” on the control panel continuously.
- Press Menu.
- Select “Tech Mode”.
For M2070W / M2070
- Press “Menu > Back > Left arrow > Right arrow > OK > Stop” on the control panel continuously.
- Press Menu.
- Select “Tech Mode”.
