Service Mode. 1 Entering
In service (tech) mode, the technician can check the machine and perform various test to isolate the cause of a malfunction. While in Tech mode, the machine still performs all normal operations.
Entering Tech mode
• 4–in-1 Model (C480FN / C480FW)
- Press “Menu > # > 1 > 9 > 3 > 4” on the control panel continuously.
- Press Menu.
- Select “Tech Mode”.
• 3–in-1 Model (C480 / C480W)
- Press “Menu > Back > Left > Right > OK > Stop” on the control panel continuously.
