Troubleshooting. LCD Display Malfunction
Nothing is displayed in LCD

Replace it with normal low-voltage power supply unit. |
| Connection of main board (M32 PCB) and scanner unit. | Confirm whether cable is normally connected with the SCNIF1 connector of main board (M32 PCB). Confirm whether cable is normally connected with the drawer connector. Check whether incompletely connection and oblique insertion of connector exist. |

| Short circuit confirmation of power supply | ||
| The 5V power supply and 24V power supply and 30V power supply supplied to the main board (M32 PCB) | Confirm whether short circuit exists by the POW connector of the main board. If 1, 2 pin : OVP 3 pin : OVU 4 pin : +30V 5, 6 pin : +24V 7, 8, 9, 10 pin:+5V 11~15 pin :OVL are measured, the position of short circuit can be located. Pulling out the cords connected with the main board (M32 PCB) one by one, and then fix the position of short-circuit. |
Exchange the short parts. |
