| Step 1 Check the ADF cover open sensor for proper operation. Enter Diagnostic Menu >Scanner Tests >Sensor Tests, and then observe the line Sensor (ADF top door interlock). Does the display on the control panel change every time the sensing area of the sensor is interrupted or blocked? |
