Entering the Configuration mode

1. Turn off the printer.
2. Press and hold 2 and 6 while turning on the printer.
   Release the buttons when the splash screen appears.

Menu Settings Page

This page lists the default value of each menu setting.

Enter the Configuration mode, and then navigate to:
Configuration Menu > Reports > Menu Settings Page

Event Log

This report tracks the occurrence of various critical events in the printer.
Enter the Configuration mode, and then navigate to:
Configuration Menu > Reports > Event Log

Event Log Summary

This report shows a summary of Event Log.

Enter the Configuration mode, and then navigate to:
Configuration Menu > Reports > Event Log Summary

HealthCheck Statistics

This report provides information on the printer status.

Enter the Configuration mode, and then navigate to:
Configuration Menu > Reports > HealthCheck Statistics
