Troubleshooting. Mechanical problems 2
If the part causing the problem was not supplied, use the unit including the part for replacement.

Check if the problem has occured between the cleaning section in the primary transfer unit and the drive transmission section of the main unit. | 1. If the waste toner is clogged inside the cleaning unit, clean it. | |
2. If it is the sliding noise from the side of the waste joint gear in the main body, grease the gear. | ||
Check the occurrence from the fuser unit. During printing drive, or at the power is turned on, the fuser motor is rotated reversely for the pressure releasing operation. | Check if the meshing of gears is proper, and if necessary, reattach the fuser unit. Grease the fuser release drive gear. | |
