Procedure

1	Is a power voltage supplied across CN1-1 and 2 on DCPS?	7-V	NO	Check the wiring from power outlet to DCPS CN1.
2	Are the fuses on DCPS conducting?		NO	Replace DCPS.
3	Is DC5 V being output to CN5-1, 2 on DCPS?	7-S	NO	Replace DCPS.
4	Is DC24 V being output to CN4-3 on DCPS?	9-S	NO	• Check the wiring from the wall BASEB to DCPS. • Replace DCPS. • Replace BASEB.
5	The LED on BASEB is blinking?		NO	Replace BASEB.
6	Is DC24 V being output to CN4-6 on DCPS?		NO	Replace DCPS.

Fusing heaters do not operate
