Overview

In service (Tech) mode, the technician can check the printer and perform various tests to isolate the cause of a malfunction. While in Tech mode, the printer still performs all normal operations.

To enter Tech mode

1. Press “ Menu, + #, 1,0,0,4,3,6,1,6, Menu” in sequence
2. When “Tech Menu” is displayed, press the OK button.
