1. From the printer control panel, press the [return] button once, then press the [cancel], and then press the [return] button twice to gain access to the Service menu.
2. Open the Service menu.

Touchscreen control panels

1. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, press [Home] button once, then press the [Return] once, and then press the [Home] twice to gain access to the Service menu.
2. Touch the Service menu.
