• From the printer control panel, press the [Cancel] button, then press the [Return] once, and then press the [Cancel] twice to gain access to the Support menu.

Touchscreen control panel (M454dw and M479 models)

• From the Home screen on the printer control panel, press the [Return] button four times to gain access to the Support menu.
