Cartridge Log Report
Logs such as history of cartridge replacement are output as a report.
Output method Execute the following service mode to output a cartridge log report.
CAUTION:
Points to note when using service mode CRG-LOG: There are 2 types of CRG-LOG. Note that the function differs depending on the service mode layer in which CRG-LOG is displayed.
- SERVICE MODE > COPIER > FUNCTION > CLEAR > CRG-LOG (Clear the cartridge log.)
- SERVICE MODE > COPIER > FUNCTION > MISC-P > OUTPUT > CRG-LOG (Output the log information of toner/ drum cartridge stored in the equipment.)
Do not provide users with the cartridge log report for servicing because it contains detailed information that is not disclosed to end users.

NOTE:
- Number of items shown in the report for servicing is different from the report for users. (a) to (h) of the replacement logs is not shown in the report for users.
- Paper size that can output the Cartridge Log Report is A4 or LTR.
Replacement logs
The record of replacement and usage of cartridges will be printed.
CAUTION:
Just after the cartridge has been replaced with a genuine cartridge or when a non-genuine cartridge is used, accurate information cannot be obtained and a random or approximate value may be printed.

Number of detections of non-genuine cartridge / Page count of non-genuine cartridge
When a cartridge cannot be recognized as a genuine one, it is classified as a cartridge type C2 to C8, and the number of detections of each type and the number of pages printed with the cartridge installed are recorded.
