Troubleshooting. 2.7 Duplex printing is not possible
User Check
• Close the back cover correctly.
• Set the duplex tray correctly.
• Set the driver setting to duplex printing.
• Use A4 or Letter paper specified by the manufacturer.

| 5 | Main PCB failure | Replace the main PCB ASSY. |
| 6 | Damaged gears in the ejecting system | Replace the main frame L ASSY. |
