Troubleshooting. 2.7 Unable to perform 2-sided printing
User Check
• Close the back cover completely.
• Close the T1 completely.
• Set the driver setting to 2-sided printing.
• Use A4 or Letter paper specified by the manufacturer.

2 | Back cover failure | Replace the back cover. |
3 | Duplex clutch failure | Replace the paper feed unit. |
4 | Duplex unit failure | Replace the duplex unit. |
5 | Eject sensor failure | Replace the eject sensor PCB. |
6 | Paper eject ASSY failure | Replace the paper eject ASSY. |
7 | Main PCB failure | Replace the main PCB. |
