• Before resetting to Factory Shipping State.
• On the cartridge sensor models, the default network password system cannot be changed due to problem for now. If necessary, change the password on the EWS.

If there is the label behind the machine as the figure on the right (after 2020), default network password (for EWS etc.) is different for each machine. (Password : code following “Pwd:”) If no label, the password is “initpass”.

All the spare Main PCB ASSYs have the password “initpass”.

So if a machine has the label above, change the system to unique password system by the following procedure after replacing the Main PCB and setting country (Function code 74).

1. Connect the machine to PC by USB cable.
2. Check if the PC recognizes the machine. (Maintenance Driver + Maintenance mode etc.)
3. Start SvSettingTool.
4. Select model.
5. Click [Input information].
6. Select [Switch to Unique Net Pass].
7. Click [Unique Net pass].
8. Click [OK].
9. Click [OK] on the “Setting value was sent to the machine.”.
10. Close “Input Information”. (Click lower [Cancel].)
11. Turn off the machine
