• Causes: SFU upgrade was not properly made when upgrading the firmware.
• Remedy: Controller firmware upgrade

• Description: IF version discrepancy (CTL-PCU)
  Combination error between CTL and PCU
• Causes: Combination error between CTL and PCU
• Remedy: Check the firmware combination between CTL and PCU.
