Remedy: 1. Turn the machine OFF. Turn it ON again and check if the same message is displayed. If the message appears: Refer to the check item No. 2. 2. Check if you are using dedicated ink cartridge(s). Replace with the dedicated ink cartridge(s). 3. Check if the dedicated smart chip card is damaged. Replace with the dedicated ink cartridge(s). 4. Check the ink ID board assembly from "Test 12: Controller" - "Ctrl 2: Sensor" - "Sensor 3:etc.” - “7-14: * Ink ID (* indicates the ink color)" of self-diagnosis function. If the display has a problem, refer to the check item No. 5. 5. Check the connection of the ink sensor cable. *Check also the connector on the path. Reconnect the following connectors: HEATER JUNCTION board assembly (R side): • Connector J5(K) • Connector J6(k) • Connector J7(C) • Connector J8(c) • Connector J4 • Connector J3 HEATER JUNCTION board assembly (L side): • Connector J5(Y) • Connector J6(y) • Connector J7(M) • Connector J8(m) • Connector J3 MAIN board assembly: J43 HEATER CONTROL board assembly: J9, J10 If an error still occurs after reconnecting the connectors above, the ink sensor cable or cable on the path may be damaged. Replace them. If a similar error still occurs even after replacing them, ink ID board assembly may be damaged. Replace it. MAIN board assembly may be damaged. Replace it.

Remedy: 1. Check if the waste fluid bottle is full. Replace the waste fluid bottle. 2. Check the connection of the waste lever switch. Reconnect the following connector securely. MAIN board assembly: J33 3. Check the ink ID board assembly 4. Check MAIN board. The waste fluid level switch may be damaged. Replace it. If the error still occurs even after replacing the waste level switch, MAIN board assembly may be damaged. Replace it.
