Make sure to tighten it surely. 3. Is the coupling skewed? Make sure to tighten it surely. 4. Is the screw on Worm drive loose? Make sure to tighten it surely. 5. Is the direction of worm wheel appropriate? Make sure to mount it surely. 6. PG origin sensor may be damaged. Replace it. 7. CR board may be damage. Replace it. 8. CR_FFC may be damaged. Replace it. 9. PG motor may be damaged. Replace it. 10. MAIN board may be damaged. Replace it.

Make sure to connect it surely. 4. Check the connection of CR_FFC. Make sure to connect it surely. 5. Media thickness detection sensor may be malfunctioning. • If PG value was changed manually and PG has not been adjusted after changing Head, perform PG adjustment. • Replace Media thickness detection sensor. 6.
