If the accessory uses cables, disconnect and reconnect them. 3. Turn the MFP power on. 4. If this message persists, replace the output device.

Remedy: 1. Turn the MFP off then on. Press ? for more information. 2. Check the duplex connection to ensure that it is connected to the duplexer. 3. Ensure that connector J1030 is connected at the DC controller. 4. Upgrade the firmware. 5. Replace the duplexer. Replace the DC controller.
