- Remedy: 1 Check the Optional Cassette Unit installation state. Check that the Additional Cassette is properly installed.
Y: Go to step 2
N: Reinstall the Optional Cassette Unit.
2 Check the foreign material in connection part Check that there is no foreign object trapped in the contact point between the main unit and the Optional Cassette Unit.
Y: Go to step 3
N: Remove the foreign object from connection part.
3 Replace the Drawer Connector. Does the error occur after replacing the Drawer Connector?
Y: End
N: Replace the Optional Paper Cassette Main Board Assy.
