  • Remedy: 1 Replace the life end parts • Replace the life end parts, and perform the counter reset using Service Program. Does the product recover from the error?

  • Description: CR HP Detection Error
    Could not detect the CR Unit touching the specified position when performing CR home position returning. (could not detect the home position)
  • Causes: • Misreading of CR Scale (scratch, dirt)
    • CR Encoder failure
    • CR Motor failure

  • Remedy: 1 Check whether the CR Unit is unlocked • After turning the power on, check if the CR Unit is unlocked properly. If not, check the state of the Pump Cap Unit. If it is broken, replace it. Does the product recover from the error?
