Remedy: • Remove the jammed paper. • Check that the paper is set in the paper tray correctly. • Check that there is not too much paper set in the paper tray. • Check that the thickness of the paper is within the standard. • Check that the size of the paper is within the standard. • Flip through the paper and reset it in the paper tray. 1 Foreign object in the pick-up roller.
