The status with the new cartridge is not cleared after the new toner cartridge is set.
Causes: • Toner cartridge/C • Toner cartridge/M • Toner cartridge/Y • Toner cartridge/K • Printer control board (PRCB)
Remedy: 1 Clean the connection between the toner cartridge and the machine if dirty. 2 Reinstall the toner cartridge. 3 Check the harness for proper connection and correct as necessary. 4 Replace the toner cartridge. 5 Replace PRCB.
