Service Mode. 1. How to Enter
In service (tech) mode, the technician can check the machine and perform various test to isolate the cause of a malfunction. While in Tech mode, the machine still performs all normal operations.
Entering Service Mode
• C306xND series
- Press “Menu > # > 1 > 9 > 3 > 4 ” on the control panel continuously.
- Press Menu.
- Select “Tech Mode”.
• C306xFR series
- Press 1,2,3 number keys on the control panel simultaneously.
- When the password dialog box appears, enter “1934” and press the “OK” button.
