Troubleshooting. The nozzles are still clogging after cleaning (Clogging due to thickened ink)
Suspected cause
- Contamination on the cap part of Pump Cap Unit
- Damage on the cap part of Pump Cap Unit
- Dried up ink is attached on the nozzle surface and in the nozzle.

2 | Check the contamination on the cap part of Pump Cap Unit Wipe off the ink or cleaning fluid from the inside of the Cap Unit using a cleaning stick. Then perform the head cleaning. Does the product recover from the nozzle clogging? |
