Description: PF motor reversing error
Causes: The number of occurrences of reversing the motor has reached a predetermined limit. • The polarity of the encoder cable is opposite. • The polarity of the motor cable is opposite. • Slipping of the teeth of the timing belt • Encoder failure
Remedy: 1. Is there any problem such as damaged cable in the connections below? • PF encoder to main board (CN17) • PF motor to main board (CN202) 2. Is the tension of the PF timing belt proper? 3. Does the PF encoder work properly? Check it using the Service Program. 1. Carry out the PF Belt Tension Check. 2. Replace the PF encoder.
