Service Mode. 1. How to Enter
In service (tech) mode, the technician can check the machine and perform various test to isolate the cause of a malfunction. While in Tech mode, the machine still performs all normal operations.
Entering Service mode
M382xND/M382xDW/M402xND
- Press “Menu > # > 1 > 9 > 3 > 4” on the control panel continuously.
- Press Menu.
- Select “Tech Mode”.
M402xNX
- Push ▲ the on the touch screen while pushing the stop button.
- Select the “Diagnostics”.
- Input the password (1934).
