Troubleshooting. Jam. Paper misfeed indication
When a paper misfeed occurs, the machine immediately stops copying and displays the jam location on the operation panel.
Paper misfeed counts sorted by component can be checked by maintenance item U903. To remove the paper jammed in the machine, open the right cover and pull the cassette out. To remove the original jammed in DP or the document finisher, open the top cover. Paper misfeed can be reset by opening and closing the respective covers.
