Troubleshooting. 07 Document feeder is not recognized or S3-3211 error occurs
Symptoms
- The document feeder installation is not recognized.
- An S3-3211 error occurs and copying must be performed using the scanner glass.
Cause
The document feeder power cable has failed.
Troubleshooting
- Remove and reinstall the document feeder power cable. If this does not resolve the problem, replace the cable.
- Secure the power cable with a cable tie.
