Overview

In service (tech) mode, the technician can check the printer and perform various tests to isolate the cause of a malfunction. While in service mode, the printer still performs all normal operations.

Entering and exiting service mode

1. To enter service mode: Press and hold the 1, 2, and 3 number keys simultaneously.
   When the password dialog box displays, enter ”1934” and then press the OK button.
2. To exit service mode: Press the Exit Service button in the right upper corner of the display.
