Description: Fuser is defective (drive circuit failure)
Remedy: 1. Reconnect the connectors of the fuser power supply unit (J201, J202, J203) and DC controller PCA (J105). 2. Check the power source. If the power generator is used, improve the situation. NOTE: If the product does not meet the power requirement of 40 to 70Hz frequency, the fuser temperature control does not work properly and this causes malfunction. 3. Replace the fuser power supply unit.

Description: Optical unit is defective.
Remedy: Reconnect the connectors of the laser driver PCA (J501) and the DC controller PCA (J108, J109). If the problem is not solved, replace the product.

Remedy: at least 30 seconds, and then turn the product power on and wait for it to initialize. If you are using a surge protector, remove it. Plug the product directly into the wall socket. Turn the product power on.

Description: The product has experienced a DC controller memory error.
Remedy: Turn the product power off, wait at least 30 seconds, and then turn the product power on and wait for it to initialize. If you are using a surge protector, remove it. Plug the product directly into the wall socket. Turn the product power on.

Description: The product has experienced a problem with its internal fan.
Remedy: Turn the product power off, wait at least 30 seconds, and then turn the product power on and wait for it to initialize. If you are using a surge protector, remove it. Plug the product directly into the wall socket. Turn the product power on.

Description: The product has experienced a problem with one of the motors.
Main motor is defective (start-up failure)
Remedy: Turn the product power off, wait at least 30 seconds, and then turn the product power on and wait for it to initialize. If you are using a surge protector, remove it. Plug the product directly into the wall socket. Turn the product power on. If the problem is not solved, follow these steps. 1. Reconnect the connectors of the main motor (J701) and DC controller PCA (J121). 2. If the problem persists, replace the main motor.
